Hi everyone!!
1. Parental Consent Form
Remember to bring the parental consent form that has been sent to you, attached to an email. Its veryveryvery important.. so please make sure you print it out, ask your parents to read and sign it and bring it with you when you come on Wednesday night MUST OK!! If not I will halau you home =P
2. Things to bring
- towel (in case you want to shower)
- shampoo / bodywash if you want to shower (there's showers at the gym)
- toothbrush & toothpaste (so we all don't suffer with each other's "fresh" morning breath!!)
- comb / hair gel (so you don't scare everybody in church when you leave the next morning!)
- clothes to sleep in (please dress appropriately, cos we're in a public place afterall!)
- a jacket in case its too cold at night
- sleeping bag and your own pillows - the more the merrier!! Blankets and teddy bears are optional =)
- own water bottle - we will not be leaving the premises to buy drinks/food.
3. Schedule (Wednesday, 31st Dec 2008 until Thursday, 1st Jan 2009)
Meet in church at 10pm (that's when watchnight service begins!!!).
So do come dressed nicely, NOT in pyjamas or shorts please. Let's honour God with our dressing ok?
Those of you who can't come for watchnight service can join us after that... just don't come too late. Call either me or Jason to find out where we are, when you arrive.
We will be sleeping in Rooms 109 and 110 (one for boys, one for girls).
Jason is the program co-ordinator for the night, any questions about what we're doing - ask him =)
I have to attend a meeting at 8:30am (at church) which will end about 12pm. So I'll let you guys sleep in.
Please be prepared to vacate the rooms by 12pm SHARP. Ask your parents to pick you up at that time.
CYK and Keat Hoe are in charge of making sure the rooms are spick+span, clean, tidy and smelling nice when you all leave. (THANK YOU!!!! hehee)
